Since April 2021, SBStruc has kept its focus on one thing: structural safety.

Engineering decisions carry real weight. A missed defect, a shortcut in design, an unverified assumption. These can put people at risk. That's why every project gets the same thorough treatment, whether it's a residence or a bridge.

The process is straightforward: investigate properly, test honestly, design conservatively, and make sure what's on paper actually gets built on site. This discipline is what catches problems early and gives clients confidence in the result.

Engr. Harvey A. Malolos

From cum laude at Mapúa to first place in the Civil Engineering board exam, Harvey Malolos built a career on discipline and competence, then founded SBStruc to put both to work.

  • Graduated cum laude from Mapúa Institute of Technology
  • Placed 1st in the Civil Engineering Board Examination
  • Former faculty at Mapúa, FEU Institute of Technology, and Colegio de Muntinlupa
  • Former Head of Civil/Structural Section and Enforcement Division at Muntinlupa OBO
  • Started professional career as Structural Design Engineer at Maynilad

Today, as CEO and Principal Structural Engineer of SBStruc, Harvey runs the firm with a straightforward approach: do the work properly, own the results, and never trade safety for speed. Under his leadership, SBStruc has handled projects for government institutions and major private organizations.
